If you feel that we have not met our commitment to you, we encourage you to express your concerns by following the concern resolution process outlined below. We endeavor to resolve issues in a manner that balances both the interests of our Collectors and the AIR MILES Reward Program once all related facts have been reviewed and assessed.
Please note that if you have not followed the concern resolution process as outlined, we may forward your concern to the appropriate point for review.
Most concerns can be resolved by contacting one of our Customer Care Ambassadors. They have extensive knowledge of the AIR MILES Reward Program and can answer most inquiries.

If your concern has not been addressed to your satisfaction, you may wish to address the matter with our Collector Relations Team. They have the empowerment, authority and resources to resolve all issues in a timely manner. Matters presented to the Collector Relations Team are generally resolved within 5 business days, though the complexity of the matter and other circumstances may result in more time being required to come to a resolution. In these situations, we will keep you apprised of our progress.

If the complaint process has been followed and you remain unsatisfied, you may address your concern to the Office of the President. One of our Office of the President Representatives will review the matter and provide you with a resolution or an explanation. Issues escalated to the Office of the President will be acknowledged within 1 business day of receipt and a representative will be in contact with you throughout the resolution process.
