I’d like to switch to email sign-in, but my email address already exists. Now what?
If our system has flagged that the email address associated with your profile is currently in use on another profile, you have two options:
I have lost my card. How can I retrieve my Collector Card number?
If you have an email address on file with us, you can retrieve your collector card number online. If not, contact us and we will help you retrieve it.
How can I keep my collector account active?
To keep your account active, simply perform one of the following actions at least once every 24 months:
• Earn a minimum of 1 Reward Mile at one of our participating partners
• Redeem Miles for a reward
• Transfer Miles to another account at a cost of $0.15 per Mile
After you perform one of these actions, it may take approximately 24 hours for your profile to become active again.
If more than 24 months have passed since you last collected, used, bought, or transferred Miles, your AIR MILES account will be considered dormant. Once an account goes dormant, all Miles within the account will be removed, and you’ll no longer receive Program Updates from us by email.
How do I order more AIR MILES cards?
You can order additional cards any time. You’ll receive them within two to three weeks. Or download the AIR MILES app and use it to:
• Earn Reward Miles on purchases
• Find partners in your neighbourhood
• Check the latest offers
• Add your AIR MILES card to your wallet
Where can I check my Cash and Dream balances?
Once you've signed in, find your Cash and Dream balances at the top of airmiles.ca and the AIR MILES app.
How long does it take for Miles to appear in my Account?
Miles will appear in your account within approximately 60 days from your purchase date. Bonus Miles can take up to 120 days. You can track your account transactions on airmiles.ca and the AIR MILES app.
Why do I need to provide my email address?
Collectors are required to provide a unique, up-to-date email address to participate in the Program. This email will enable you to sign into your AIR MILES account, use Miles online and receive important updates from the Program.
How do I update my email address?
Once you've signed in on airmiles.ca or via the AIR MILES app, select Update my Profile and follow the steps.
How do I reset my PIN?
Once you've signed in on airmiles.ca or via the AIR MILES app using your collector number, select Forgot PIN and follow the steps.
How do I reset my password?
Once you've signed in on airmiles.ca or via the AIR MILES app, select Forgot Password and follow the steps.
Do I still need my AIR MILES PIN?
Yes. While your email address and password will be used to sign in to your account, you’ll need your collector number and PIN to authenticate whenever you call AIR MILES Customer Care.
How can I delete my account?
If you want to stop using the AIR MILES App, you can simply delete the App from your device.
