Yes. You'll be asked to include the ages of any children when booking a hotel stay.

Some hotels offer an accessible room option you can select when booking. If no accessible room option is listed, please reach out to the hotel directly.

In general, travel bookings can be made approximately 1 year in advance, but specific dates are determined by the airline, hotel or tour provider. If there is no availability online for your desired dates, please try another search.

Booking

AIR MILES collectors who are at least 25 years of age with an active collector number and a valid credit card can rent a car as the primary driver with AIR MILES® Travel. You’ll be required to provide your information at the time of booking. 

You can view both the rate per day, and the rate for the total duration of your trip, before you check out.

A section to request any add-ons will be included during the booking.   Please note these are not guaranteed. It’s always best to contact the car rental company directly.

 

Add-ons such as a child seat, GPS, and additional insurance will be payable at the counter in local currency.

You can. Search for a one-way rental using our advanced search option.  If a one-way rental is available, you will be provided with search results and any additional fees for making a one-way booking will appear. One-way fees are payable at the counter in local currency.

We always recommend that you print out the email confirmation and rental voucher and keep these with you at all times.

 

You’ll also need a valid credit card for a security deposit, a driver’s license, and an international driving permit if applicable. Debit cards are generally not accepted. Please ensure that the person listed as the driver is present at pick-up.

 

If you can’t provide these items, the car rental provider may refuse to allow you to pick up your car.

Yes, we have partnered with Amstar DMC for airport-hotel transfers in the following popular vacation destinations: Mexico (Cancun, Cozumel, Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos, Ixtapa, Huatulco, Mexico City, Acapulco), St. Martin, Aruba, Jamaica (Montego Bay, Kingston), Costa Rica  (Liberia, San Jose) Curacao, Dominican Republic (Punta Cana, Santo Domingo, La Romana, Puerto Plata, Samana) , and Worldstar in Hawaii (Kona, Lihue, Maui, Oahu) Transfers may be available for other destinations. All transfers can be booked as part of your vacation package.

Refer to your travel documents to verify that you have booked a transfer as part of your package. If you have booked a transfer, the Amstar /Worldstar Representatives will be waiting for you outside the airport terminal to guide you to your transfer vehicle.

As long as you arrive on your original travel date, with your original air carrier and flight number, there is no need to contact us. Your transfer will be arranged for your newly-scheduled arrival time.

We recommend that you print the confirmation email and keep it with you at all times. Depending on the product policy, a voucher may also be displayed on your mobile device.

Yes, we offer dated tickets for Walt Disney World® Resort and Universal Orlando. 

 

The number of Dream MilesTM required for each ticket is based on prices determined by the supplier.
